"VIRAJ" offering Non-clog Vertical wet pit sump pump has been desinged to meet the demands in different type of industires and goverment sector like minining ,fertilizer, steel plant, municipal corpration etc. to deal with sewage and other liquid containing soilds or semid soilds. The pump is constricuted for ling serivce with very littel attention and is of strong built withstand the satisfactory service. The pump is manufactured with the maximum suspension length of eight meter approx. It is measured form bottom of mounting plate to the centre line of the pump. The easier automatic operation of the pump with the use of float switch or level control unit. The pump is available in oil grease and water lubrication.

DESIGN FUTURE

Casting : The closed grained cast iron casing is of single stage volute type &of extra thickness to stand with the abrasive action of swage or similar liquid .It is designed to avoid destructive turbulence  .pump casing is constructed to heavy engineering standard to ensure a long trouble free service life &low maintenance cost .

Impeller : Standard impeller  is of closed grained cast iron of two vane , single  entry  , shrouded type .it is accurately machined & balanced static as well as dynamic .It can handle solid and semi solids . Semi open impellers are also provided depending on the requirement of the pumping duty or reference of customer

Bearing and Lubrication : Intermediate bearing depends on pump speed & the total length of the pump  .Separate pipe connection is provided to ensure adequate flow of lubricant to the line shift bearing  .The ball and angular contact ball (thrust) bearing mounted on the motor stool are adequate to with stand the axial & radial thrusting dead load of dynamic part .The ball bearing are lubricated by grease .

 Stuffing Box :Standard design of the pump is of gland less type ,i.e. without stuffing box .Pump with mechanical seal or with gland packing arrangement can be provided if required .

Base Plate : Standard design of the caste iron base plates are rectangular type in two parts top and bottom .Circle base plate may be provided if required .
